Terms of membership
The plain-language version of the agreement between you and the club.
What you get
Membership entitles you to receive each installment of the current story by post, at the cadence described on the story page, for the period you have paid for.
Payment
Monthly membership is billed in advance each month until you cancel. The whole-story and gift options are single payments. Prices include VAT where applicable and postage to the countries listed on the join page.
Cancelling
Monthly members may cancel at any time; installments already paid for will still be posted. Under EU distance-selling rules you may also cancel within fourteen days of joining for a full refund, provided no installment has yet been posted.
Delivery
Installments are posted in the first week of each month. If an envelope has not arrived within three weeks of posting, contact us and we will send a replacement.
