About the club
We make stories you cannot scroll.
The Slowburn Story Club started with a simple idea: the best part of a mystery is the wait between chapters, and the best kind of post is the kind you did not have to pay a bill for.
Each of our stories is written to be read in installments, on paper, over months. We print the letters, fold them, add the small objects that belong with them, and post them from Ireland in the first week of every month.
Who we are
[Founder names and a few honest lines about why you started this. Where you are based, what you read, what you want the club to feel like.]
The first story
The Keeper is an Irish speculative folk-horror story, told through letters. It runs for 6 monthly installments and is shipping now.
