Shipping and delivery
Every installment is posted from Ireland with a real stamp. Postage is included in membership.
Where we post
- Ireland: usually two to three working days
- United Kingdom: three to five working days
- European Union: five to ten working days
- United States and Canada: ten to fifteen working days
When we post
Installments go out in the first week of each month. You will get a short email when yours is on its way.
Missing or damaged envelopes
If an envelope has not arrived within three weeks of the posting email, or arrives damaged, write to [email protected] and we will post a replacement at no cost.
Changing your address
Email us before the first of the month and the next installment will go to the new address.
